What if I forget to mail my payment or the payment is lost in the mail?

If your payment is not received by the 16th of the month, a late fee will be assessed.  A reminder notice will be mailed if your payment has not been received by the 20th of the month and the amount due is $100 or more.  Please make your payments promptly and allow for mail time.

In addition, you may also enroll in the Electronic Funds Transfer program to automatically deduct the monthly installment from your checking or savings account. For details, please call our Loan Servicing Unit at 866-653-2507 or 916.503-8362.
